These are great Love them but only I can see them on “”Find my” app. I have read that ios17 will allow those you share your location with will be able to see your tags as well

Apple digital bag tags came through I gave 2 to My son age 35 who used them for the first time in his suitcase and golf bag en route to a key golf tournament. He has pro level club so is always concerned. The suitcase arrived but the golf bag did not. Jet Blue in Chicago OHare said the golf bag was still in the previous location which was NYC. The Apple tag App however showed it in Chicago. My son created a fuss and amazingly the golf bag was located - in Chicago. Without the Apple tag he would probably never have seen those expensive clubs again - score one for Apple tags!
